NestPanion is a homeowner help web app that provides general home maintenance guidance, helpful videos, and safety reminders.

When you use NestPanion, we may collect your email address when you sign in with Google. We may also store your ask count, subscription status, and payment-related customer ID from Stripe.

How we use information

We use this information to let you sign in, track your free asks, manage subscription access, and improve the app experience.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. NestPanion does not store your full credit card number or payment card details.

Third-party services

NestPanion uses third-party services including Supabase for login and database services, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for generating home guidance, and YouTube for video results.

Home questions

Questions you submit may be processed by third-party AI services in order to generate a response. Do not submit private, sensitive, or emergency information through the app.
